Imagine that I have a component that produces an empty solution as a result (due to an error). Note that an empty file is produced, but the execution fails.
If I fix the script and run it with the same inputs and parameters as the failed execution, WINGS will not re-run the component. It will say that the output already exists. This is wrong.
Basically, if a script has been modified from a previous execution, the workflow should be re-run in its entirety, and cannot rely on previous results.
