ROBBSHOP Zigbee pulse switch 200-030-0 : cannot pair device in zigbee2mqtt

Does enybody have experience with pairing a ROBBSHOP Zigbee pulse switch 200-030-0 switch with HA and zigbee2mqtt?

I managed to connect it, and the light turns on as indicated in the instructional video on the ROBBSHOP website (HUE installation). However, after pressing the reset button 5 times (factory reset), I am unable to pair the switch in my Home Assistant environment. This is despite the device being supported via zigbee2mqtt: https://www.zigbee2mqtt.io/devices/ROB_200-030-0.html#robb-rob-200-030-0

I have repeated pressing the reset button 5 times several times. Here are the results:

1. Sometimes nothing happens, and the light remains on, but the physical switch doesn't work (on/off, light stays on).
2. Occasionally, I hear the relay switching, then the light stays on, and the physical switch doesn't work (on/off, light stays on).
3. Occasionally, the relay, including the LED on the switch, toggles every few seconds and keeps doing so, but the physical switch doesn't work (on/off, light stays on).

It is possible to find the device via Touchlink, i am also able to factory reset it from there, but still no luck pairing the device
