I now moved back to the Conbee-Stick. Some problems during the paring, but not it seems quite stable. |

Hello,
I have been operating several lamps and other devices via Zigbee for a long time. I used to run them via a Philips bridge, but at some point I switched to a Conbee stick (with the associated software).
In the meantime, a few devices have been added (thermometers, sensors, ...). Since the Phoscon software was somehow very bulky, I switched to Zigbee2MQTT. The Conbee stick was also supported here and there were no problems at first. Later problems arose, but I was able to solve them with a long USB cable, which moved the stick a little further away from the Raspberry.
Now we've moved and I've set everything up again and added a few more devices. At first it worked without any problems, but occasionally one of the Hue lamps (Hue Iris) didn't respond immediately. I then positioned the USB stick higher up in the room with a cable and checked the Wi-Fi frequencies - but I was never able to fix it 100%.
Now I have installed OSRAM Lightify garden lamps and also added these to the Zigbee network - within a few minutes the lamps were offline and I had to pair them again. In the hope that it was due to the old Conbee stick, this has now been replaced with a SONOFF P dongle and since then I can't get anything to work :(
I have tested several versions of Zigbee2MQTT and also tried various firmware-versions on the stick:
The log is repeatedly flooded with timeouts and failed pings. The devices only react sporadically, sometimes they go offline and no longer send any data (e.g. thermometer). Switches (IKEA and Philips) only work from time to time. Lights do not react or react with a considerable delay.
I have played with the adapter settings: concurrency and delay, increased the transmission power and now also placed the Raspberry incl. SONOFF stick directly in the living room instead of in the utility room.
I am absolutely desperate and have now had to re-pair all devices several times: once when switching from Conbee to SONOFF and then again after a firmware flash from the SONOFF stick (I don't know why).
I have read through the support forums and followed all the tips and approaches. I searched through the z2m and firmware issues and tried out all the possibilities. Unfortunately without success.
I have tried to turn up the log file as far as possible and have attached the result. I have also downloaded the raw data from the z2m GUI and attached it. I hope someone will be able to help me out.
Thank you so much!
Dominik
