This project runs on the paid software, Schedule Nurse, and solves nurse scheduling problem for a large hospital institute in Europe. The shift schedule is 4 or 2 x 2 consecutive night shifts during the week and 3 consecutive night shifts on the weekend. 2 late shifts during the week and 1 on extra every Wednesday. Some staff work part time.
