Create mikrotik backup configuration and upload to ftp server

1. Create mikrotik user and grant privileges to make backups
2. Be sure that you have FTP server and credentials to access it
3. Fill in prefence file with your own parameters.
4. In main function choose you poll of mikrotik ip addresses
