Testing successful. The following was tested:
- KIP0002, KIP0003 and KIP0004 are all present
- KIP0002, KIP0003 and KIP0004 [Vote Info] buttons are all present
- [Vote Info] buttons all link to https://vote.komodoplatform.com/vote2023/

Adds a new category for coins
vote_coin. Coins designated as such will include a button on their wallet page as below.To Test:
vote infobutton on their wallet page.vote infobutton. It should open https://vote.komodoplatform.com/ in a new browser tab. Note: currently this redirects to https://vote.komodoplatform.com/vote2023/ but @gcharang will update the redirect to one for the KIPs.@AndrewDelaney as you will already have older coins files in local data for this version, you'll need to delete the
%app_data%/atomic_qt/0.7.1folder (assuming windows) before launch to see the new coins.
