I left some comments/requested some changes. There are still a few open issues that we're waiting on finalization for potential inclusion or removal by freeze time
No need to change it now, but in the future, we should avoid adding links to internal/Kong systems (e.g. the wiki) on public repos.

Summary
v2.6.0.0 beta changelog - includes OSS v2.6.0 changelog as well as Enterprise additions included on the Internal changelong on Confluence.
Reason
