• Now requires freetype-2.6.3 to pass unittests
• Add AlphaComposer (Imagemagick is too slow for simple composing)

Known Issues:

• S3 unittests fails under Python3 using latest moto/boto3 combination.
• Mapnik unitests fails unless freetype version is 2.6.3.
