Feature Request: Add Option to Exclude Genres in Filter

In Kotatsu, we currently have the option to filter comics by selecting genres. However, there is no way to exclude specific genres. This feature would be particularly useful for users who dislike or prefer to avoid certain genres.

Proposed Solution: Add the functionality to exclude genres by double-clicking on them in the filter menu.
