While converting typescript files we can not resolve specific imports described in path section - that makes our conversation impractical in many cases.

Nee to investigate whether this also might be useful for declaration-only conversion but right now I keep in mind exclusively typescript target.

In 0.5.0 we've introduced optional tsconfig passing, further improvements will be don in separate tasks
