  1. CoroutineDispatcher.asExecutor() to respect isDispatchNeeded 

    Calling `Dispatchers.Main.immediate.asExecutor().execute { ... }`
should respect the fact that it's immediate, and avoid dispatch (and
posting to the Looper) when in the right context.
