- Functional code aster support.
- Created a new base dockerfile with Calculix AND Code Aster included.
- Updated examples to make use of Code Aster and compare results with Calculix
- Simplify Elem class by removing inheritance of ElemShape

Attached ElemShape as attribute to each Elem (with the actual visual edges and faces now stored on ElemShapes not Elem).

Edited cantilever example to include code aster analysis. Remove temp files from code aster container
examples: output ifc files to a new output folder in the home dir
