Found a specific combination of elements and mesh size that caused the fem tests to fail.
Fixed that AND added a jacobian quality check that catches inverted elements by simply checking for jacobi <=0.
As a side note. The gmsh builds on -c krande now includes the HXT mesher (which coincidentally fixes the failing jacobians on the particular mesh)
