Declare that wcn36xx supports AMPDU. Configure HW with add_ba_session and add_ba when session is established and delete it with wcn36xx_smd_del_ba. Signed-off-by: Eugene Krasnikov <k.eugene.e@gmail.com>

With these patches aggregation will work. Some fixes in data
path are also required.
