[BUG]: Connection between Symptoms Update and Patient/Doctor View

Describe the bug
Right now, the connection between symptoms update and patient/doctor view is not working well. We need to add the connection for symptoms, the data that will be displayed (symptoms, history, etc).

We also need to create a view for a patient to see his "doctor".

Lastly, a doctor should only be able to see his/her own patient in his/her table.

Here's a todo list:

• Add Logic for Score System (score will be updated depending on your symptoms) - Mimi
• Recheck Fadi's and Mimi's PR (Merged too fast).
• Add Connection Between Symptoms and Patient/Doctor View
• Create a view for a patient (boilerplate to make our life easier for the chat on top-of it).
• Add View on Patient Dashboard to have a way to go to the Doctor's Page (and know when he got his doctor assigned - or when he need to wait)
• Doctor Table View -> Only View your own patient(s)
• All of a patient’s previously submitted status updates should be accessible and may include the last time the patient has made changes

Expected behavior
In the end, the logic should be working well between a patient asking for help and updating his symptoms.
