First version which works fine for my submarines.
No issue detected in script or executable mode. Seems to work fine on another PC as well. (minus the signature warning from windows)

You can drop multiple .sub file in the input folder, it will process them in order.
In the output dir you will find the original xml file + the "downgraded" one, and a sub file corresponding to the downgraded one.
