…ns.TestUnknown icon QuestionDialog is larger than all of the other icons. An upstream patch from Jetbrains is needed to fix it.

Just a quick change to the Unknown icon to something that is properly sized. It looks like the
QuestionDialogasset itself needs to be resized to match the others, I'll file an issue with Jetbrains for that.Closes #1487
