Goto the KryptonDataGridView Examples 2019
Open DataGridView designer and add a ButtonSpec to a column.

When looking at just the column designer properties...
There are "NO" ButtonSpecs:

Removed any Trace of ButtonSpecs from Grid Columns and Cell redirects:

- When Re-adding Items, then make sure Collection has been cleared.
