1. Task

1.1 Functionalities

• users can select up to 5 currencies (somewhat)
• users can remove the currencies (somewhat)
• show 24h price chart along with the current price
• show all selected currencies in one view
• the selected currencies should be persistent. Refreshing the page should not reset them
• each of the selected currencies should be displayed with a distinct color

1.2 API

Used endpoints:

• /search
• /search/trending - display carousel
• /coins/:id/market_chart - get last 24h price (requires 5 requests for 5 coins)
• /coins/markets - refreshing current price (saved for future)

Important update about react-vis

When i started the project I didn't know that react-vis library was deprecated, somehow docs website was working fine. Since ~15.12.2022 the urls are not functional, so didn't finish all planned functionalities such as:

• custom plot line colors
• actions on line hover I'll be switching to other plotting library soon.
