Naa... so many problems. ngc throws errors on third party libs.

I'm developing this feature here: https://github.com/Ks89/My-MEAN-website-client/tree/aot-experiments

Still not working.

I refactored my code, removed some dependencies, removed admin and now I'm able to run node_modules/.bin/ngc -p tsconfig-aot.json

Fix also #81, otherwise I'll cannot implement AOT :)
