Hey, I'd guess that they are busy (#5). In the meantime, feel free to check our UAV system here. We collaborated with Vijay's group on several occasions so the architecture of our system is possibly very similar to theirs.

The quadrotor_control package will be released this week. The UKF package is still under work (no timeline yet).

We have worked with the MRS group a lot (especially for MBZIRC) ;)

If your main use-case is just for simulation both stacks should work very well. On actual hardware things might differ based on the platform you have.
