Update the KunaiGC
With KunaiLoader version 1.1 and higher, the KunaiMenu is accessible by holding the Z button at startup. The KunaiMenu replaces the previous KunaiUpdater. To update your internal Swiss, internal GBI and your KunaiGC firmware, just place the following files into the KUNAIGC folder:
- KunaiLoader.dol to update your KunaiGC-firmware
- swiss.dol to update your internal Swiss version
- gbi.dol to update your internal GBI (Game Boy Player) version
If you want to install one of the previous programs to you KunaiGC, just place its dol-file into the KUNAIGC folder as described above. To write a .dol-cli, it has to be renamed in .dol before. Keep in mind that purchased KunaiGC chips won't have GBI preinstalled.
By starting the flashing process a loading screen including a progression bar will appear. Please do not cut power or restart your console during this process. This could cause unrecoverable damage to the KunaiGC.
Once the update is complete, the KunaiUpdater menu should reappear. Now power cycle the console and the update is complete.
With KunaiLoader version 1.0 you can't access the KunaiMenu by holding the Z key. To update the Loader place one KunaiLoader.dol into the KUNAIGC folder and rename a second KunaiLoader.dol into recovery.dol Take the file from the latest release. Now hold the Z-button at startup.

Once the update is complete, the KunaiMenu menu should reappear. Now power cycle the console and the update is complete. Please DELETE the revocery.dol afterwards.
