Code to complete analysis presented in "Using recovered radio transmitters to estimate positioning error and a generalized Monte Carlo simulation to incorporate error into animal telemetry analyses"
This provides code to reproduce analyses presented in Heim et al. 2023 published in Animal Biotelemetry. Functions are stored in "FunctionsHeim2023V2.R" and are called in by the R markdown file. The data to produce the RSS model are in "RSS_Model_Data.csv". The shapefile of the river to compute river distance calculations is stored in the "NHDFlowline selection_1.shp" file.
