Clion integration - (python library interface)

Would be good to show how to use Clion to debug the c++ modules used through the python interface calling the planners

@nirlipo Setting up Clion for debugging boost python interface doesn't seem to be straightforward. I could use some help on this, as there very limited info available online and google search didn't reveal any helpful guides/ instructions.

I'll follow up on this, but my first go wasn't successful. It's true there's not match documentation

Failed to set it up too. Let's stick with support for vs code in terms of IDE.
