This differentiates them from Child elements.
Also refactors the code to define the schema version, branch, and location all in one place so it doesn't have to be defined repeatedly.
Should get travis to run again on the PR

Remove author e-mail address to prevent it from being spammed.
This is required for tests where we pull in the NeuroML2 repo.
