The OpenAIP XML Based Files contain multiple frequencies e.g. for bigger Airports. These frequencies and names are shown in the wapoint details dialog comment. This patch enables to send these different frequencies to the radio. very cool ;-)

in FLARM Traffic dialog if Frequency is defined with Flarmnet and Radio supported.
