bugfix: -fix odd/even bug -correct read of options and ObsZones improvements -Read AAT Task time -Circle sector type if AAT is defined -FAI Sector by default (if nothing else defined) -Keyhole Sector type if both radius are defined -Line has priority if parallel defines to sector on start/finish
