A pretty common function is to be able to replace a unit. Instead of doing "delete + add + move" you go "replace" which gives you the effect select dialog, hit enter, and presto! It's done.
I'm implementing this and currently it's up and running and just need to stop crashing a bit. ;)

@Umcaruje I won't have time to implement this anytime sone so I'm unassigning. The code I've got so far is a dummy version with the button implemented that deletes the old unit and then adds a new effect at the end as usually. I can drop that code somewhere if it's of any use.
