the universal mapped key shortcut is Shift+Ins, which isn't present on Mac keyboards and does not work with an external keyboard - an easy fix would just be to implement an on-screen button to add/delete measures

Yeah it appears the INSERT key is a big mystery on MacOS. https://apple.stackexchange.com/questions/84389. On Discord you said "Shift + Enter" would be good. Let's try that.

Hmm... Tested Shift + Enter to no avail any other recommendations?
