GCRCatalogs API change: available_catalogs deprecated #172

In GCRCatalogs v0.11.0, the attribute GCRCatalogs.available_catalogs has been deprecated in favor of the function call GCRCatalogs.get_available_catalogs(). This PR makes appropriate updates to the execution script to accommodate this GCRCatalogs API change.

@yymao, the code looks ok as far as I can see, but let me pull from this branch and try to test it.
