Removing example images for the validation wiki.

I am moving them to the wiki repo itself (which I just learned you can do). You can clone https://github.com/LSSTDESC/imSim.wiki.git I am placing the images there in a images sub-directory. They can be embedded in wiki pages with a command like [[/images/validation/tree-rings/BNL-Treering-area.png|BNL Tree ring area]] (note the double bracket)
