msr support

to use msr support, run cpuminer as admin.
Best result are obtained with higher cpu-priority (4-5) but may cause lag...

support for cpu with more than 32 threads

This release solve a problem for cpu with more than 32threads.
cpu-affinity can be now set for cpu up to 64thread (for cpu with higher thread count, the cpu affinity is not used)
