##What is Survey Slug?
Survey Slug is a web based survey application. It allows a user to create a survey, get the link to send the survey to friends, and view the results from the surveys that they created.
##Getting Started

###Log in or Sign up
A user must be logged in to create surveys and view their responses. The log in or sign up links are available on the home landing page.
###Create a Survey
The user can create a survey. There can be as many questions as the user would like. There can also be whatever amount of answers the user would like also.
###Complete a Survey
The form link can be sent to another user to take the form. Here's what the survey form would look like:
The user is thanked for taking the survey and given a set of links to follow.
###View Surveys and See Results
The user can see a list of the surveys that they created.
The user can also see the results of a survey that they created.
