The steps Install NDK and Start Android Emulator were broken, as tools/bin/sdkmanager and tools/bin/avdmanager contain strange bugs. Changed to use cmdline-tools/latest/bin/sdkmanager and cmdline-tools/latest/bin/avdmanager
Maybe we will make the workflow upload the built apk in the future?
