Alber's Equal Area

This release contains a bugfix for exactly one issue: proj4 strings for Alber's Equal Area should no longer be deemed unusable by sf.

AIM + LMF Integration

Adds the function weight_aimlmf() which will calculate weights when combining AIM and LMF designs. Calculates weights correctly, but the name of the function, the specifics of the arguments, and the output format are potentially subject to change. Additional QC will also need to be baked in.

The Refactoring

The package has been massively scaled back and made lean. The core functionality is intact, but a lot of iffier or unreliable/brittle functions have been removed. Reporting functionality has been abandoned entirely.

More than anything, this is a checkpoint at a crucial stage
