HTTP 500 error when uploading documents #1

When uploading documents through the "Documents" section of the UI, I get a 500 error:

Feb 14 19:59:06INFO: 192.222.129.121:0 - "POST /rag/api/v1/doc HTTP/1.1" 200 OK
Feb 14 19:59:07INFO: 192.222.129.121:0 - "POST /api/v1/documents/create HTTP/1.1" 500 Internal Server Error
Feb 14 19:59:07INFO: 192.222.129.121:0 - "GET /api/v1/documents/ HTTP/1.1" 200 OK

Files are indeed uploaded, but I can't see them at all in the interface
