Implemented on master (v2.0.0).

BREAKING CHANGE

The ax-accordion-control has been upgraded to be compatible with LaxarJS v2, and in the process has been renamed to laxar-accordion-control. The name of the AngularJS directive remains ax-accordion-control, and the control continues to be targeting AngularJS v1.
Note that the dependency on jQuery UI has changed from v1.11.4 to v1.12.1, which introduces breaking changes such as changing the accordion component module location.
