Upgraded to chai.should and chai-as-promised Fixed a few specs, some spelling issues, minor spec changes.

@arobson @ifandelse This includes the upgrades to using chai and chai-as-promised. Fixed a few small spelling or testing issues as I came across them. Also fixed the npm test script as it was trying to run a nonexistent gulp task.
