Describe the solution you'd like
Per-project setting of priority & effort labels.

Setting should be in the 'project settings', and should work almost exactly like the existing 'To-Do status settings' tab.

Apologies as this is an older thread but would love to ask.
We've been having this discussion around custom Task types as well.

Would you be able to share what sorts of things you'd see as part of the customization of priority and effort labels?
