Update license to GPL

In short, this change would mean someone can't distribute a propriety modified version of LedFx. 
We're an open source project, and we expect any project that uses LedFx to also be open source. 
This protects LedFx - For example, preventing a large company from developing and profiting from LedFx without sharing their modifications.
