Posting a comment that fails (400) still indicates that ui is trying to post the comment #2375

Summary

I was testing some modding tools.

I banned a user from a community then using that user I tried to comment.
That user gets a infinite loading icon on the post button

While in network tab you can clearly see the 400 with banned_from_community

Regardles of which error you receive it should stop showing the loading icon and show a error popup

Steps to Reproduce

  1. try to post a comment in a community from which you are banned

Similar issue when trying to make a post in a community you're banned from.

The user banned from community case was fixed resolving #2362. Are there any other contexts you've found that this happens in?
