This reply feels to be in opposition to the original intent of the fediverse. I thought that the idea was to have it so that all services communicate with eachother seemlessly, as if they were all one large service?

@Nutomic Can we have an option to bookmark users then? I want to bookmark some interesting users and open their profiles sometimes, in Reddit I do it by following the user.

Totally agree with you @K4LCIFER. Nutomic gave me a similar reply to avoid fixing the user collection in the #3171 I opened. I suspect this opposition to federating with other fedi apps is why it was closed with no fix.
