It is a scenario in which IOT Hub uses one of the communication methods, Command, to turn on and off the LED connected to the device. The device has Windows 10 IoT Core installed and LED uses Windows.Devices.GPIO API. Backend uses Device Explorer and Azure IoT Solutions Accelerator RM V1.
