ForSyn

A hybrid deep forest-based method for synergistic drug combination prediction.

Code

ForSyn can be executed via running "demo_ForSyn.py". Other python files are used to construct ForSyn, which shouldn't be run directly. The output is displayed directly on the screen after the file has finished running.
