  • Make PyPI use README
  • Update requires dependencies and extras.
  • Remove/change setuptools listing.
  • Decide pyyaml and tomli listing - and remove duplicate.
  • Ensure dependencies are correct in docs/advanced_installation.rst
  • Add conda/spack badges
