linux config: allow to boot from SD Card reader #1746

Include Realtek RTS5229 SD Card reader driver into the kernel to be able to boot from as requested in the forum.

For completeness the other two supported card reader drivers are added too.

Not tested yet. May be better to include in test builds before merging.

Thanks - I'll include this in the next test build (#706). Assuming it solves the issue it would be nice to have a backport for libreelec-8.2.
