Regular kernel WIP update, targetting 4.11.12 4.11.10 this time around.

4.11.9 changelog: https://cdn.kernel.org/pub/linux/kernel/v4.x/ChangeLog-4.11.9
4.11.10 changelog: https://cdn.kernel.org/pub/linux/kernel/v4.x/ChangeLog-4.11.10

Currently includes an experimental switch of the RTL8812AU package to the zebulon2 repository - will keep if feedback is positive (and squash the RTL8812AU commits).

Unfortunately 4.11.9 includes a WiFi API change (that originally appeared in 4.12-rc6) which has resulted in some unexpected WiFi driver pain.

Might as well get this in as I won't be doing any more 4.11.y builds, and then I can rebase 4.12 and that can go in soon after (I've already got a 4.12.1+ branch)

Thanks. Let's move up to 4.12 sooner :)

I should have pointed this out prior to merging but this PR switches us to the paspro repository for RTL8812AU, mainly because the old Grawp repo is no longer being updated.

The paspro repository is - allegedly - using a newer version v5.1.5 of the driver we were using previously based on v4.3.20 from the Grawp repo. However a report from the forum suggests the new paspro driver is no better/worse than the older Grawp driver.

Hopefully the paspro repository will continue to be updated in future - if not we'll no doubt switch again. There does seem to be some activity in the RTL8812AU community - unfortunately it's just not very well coordinated.
