Misc small fixes through config/graphics. Inspired by, yet to be posted Mesa VAAPI support ;-)

The respective driver is already selected and build.
Just like all the other open-source xorg drivers, vmwgfx makes use of
the composite extension.

Thanks!

adding the vc4 driver to the list of default drivers might not be needed though as it's specific to the RPi and really doesn't need to be build on x86 (I'm not sure if it will even be able to build or not)

@lrusak building vc4 on x86 is possible - I've been doing that as part of Mesa's releasing process for 1.5 years ;-) Feel free to drop it though.

I might follow at some point documenting what should/shouldn't be in "all"

Edit: skimming through the PRi project/target - it doesn't use vc4, but bcm2835-driver. Guess the intent was to use it, but that's not finished yet?

@evelikov support is there to use vc4 but it is not default. We cannot switch to it because it offers no HW video decode in kodi. So it's really just there for testing right now.
