Mostly bug fixes - no security vulns.
The libbsd patch no longer applies cleanly after https://bugzilla.samba.org/show_bug.cgi?id=13087. I'm not entirely sure that this patch is necessary (I have no issues building on Ubuntu 17.04 without it) so I've dropped it rather than try to fix it up. If other distros require it then we can revisit.
