It's easier to build and maintain a single LibreELEC add-on repo that contains all binary add-ons so this change removes the separate game emulator repo that still points to @lrusak's project webspace with out-of-date add-ons. IMHO to promote regular emulator maintenance we should also unify the add-on tools/bump scripts, but that will need to be done in a separate PR.
